By parking with Yes Realty (a RECO-registered brokerage that is not part of a real estate board), you avoid Real Estate Board fees, MLS fees, OREA fees, ORWP fees, CREA fees, and desk fees. You only pay RECO registration/insurance plus our simple parking fee.
